Brewer Engineering provided FEMA Flood Study Modeling and Permitting that revised the exisiting flood plain for the 40 acre, 187,000 square foot campus of Grace Snell Middle School. This allowed the school to be built without acquiring additional property. Construction also included a remote bus parking lot facility.
