The 32 acre Woodstock City Church campus is being developed under the new Form Based Code for the City of Woodstock. The objective of this zoning is to create pedestrian friendly environments by placing buildings close to sidewalks that line the street, and establishing the facility parking in rear, screened areas. Architects Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates have integrated these components into a fresh, unique design for North Point Ministries. This 172,000 square foot facility will soon become as integral part of the City of Woodstock Community.
